Every project opens with a signed NDA, before a single reference track changes hands. Once it's delivered, the rights are yours outright. No portfolio copy, no resale, no trace of my name anywhere near it. If anyone asks, it's your track. Because it is.
FAQ
Is this legal?
Yes. Ghost production is standard practice across electronic music. What matters legally is the rights transfer, and that's exactly what the NDA is built to cover.
Will anyone find out?
Not from my side. The NDA is a two-way agreement, not a formality. It's the standard this business runs on.
What if I don't like the first version?
3 rounds of revisions are included, so we keep refining the mix until it's right before final delivery.
How long does it take?
Turnaround averages 5-7 days from brief to final delivery, depending on scope and revisions.
Do I really own everything?
Yes. full exclusive rights on delivery, including stems and the project file. Nothing stays with me.
What if I want a specific label sound or reference?
Send 2–3 reference tracks and the direction gets built around them specifically. It's the fastest route to nailing the brief on the first pass.
Is this only for artists trying to get signed?
No. plenty of clients are already signed, releasing consistently, and use this to keep that pace up without living in the studio. Others are building the sound to land their first big label release or to release independently. Either way, the process is the same.
